Two Great Americana Music Events Coming To Back Swamp School House in Florence

Angela Eastering and Buffalo Clover are coming to the Back Swamp School House in Florence in October.  Get all the information on these events below.

Angela Easterling Music Benefiting Back Swamp School House

WHO:  South Carolina folk/Americana musician Angela Easterling (www.AngelaEasterling.com)
WHAT:  Acoustic duo music performance (casual--shorts & tshirt acceptable)
WHEN:  Sunday, October 2, 5-7 PM
WHERE:  Back Swamp School House, 600 block of East Pocket Rd, Florence, SC 29506
I-95, Exit 169:  Turn towards the truck stop on TV Road (AKA North Irby St on some GPS devices).
Less than one mile on TV Road until it dead ends into Pocket Road.  Turn right.
Look for the historic marker on the right, approximately 0.3 miles.
DONATION: $10 per person, directly to the Back Swamp School House Trust

NOTES:  The Back Swamp School House is an historic two-room building used to teach students in the Back Swamp community until the 1950s.  It has been neglected for decades and the local area needs your participation to maintain this rural heritage site.  The building is non-smoking and not air-conditioned.  Please dress comfortably.

This will be a "listening room" style of music performance, somewhat like VH1 Story Tellers.  It is not appropriate for small children.  Mature children may attend under your direct supervision at your discretion.

Buffalo Clover Music Benefiting Back Swamp School House

WHO:  Americana band, Buffalo Clover (www.BuffaloClover.com)
WHAT:  Acoustic performance of Americana band, Buffalo Clover (bring earplugs--it might get loud!)
While seats will be available, dancing and enjoying the music is strongly encouraged! Casual.
WHEN:  Saturday, October 8, 6-8 PM
WHERE:  Back Swamp School House, 600 block of East Pocket Road, Florence, SC 29506
