Submit your photos for the City of Hartsville's new website

From the City of Hartsville:

We are working on a new website for the City of Hartsville and we could use your help.  We're looking for pictures of life in Hartsville to be displayed on the City’s page--your favorite places, sights and scenery. Residents and photographers of all ages and skill levels are invited to submit their photos to info@hartsville.org.

The photographs and photographers chosen will receive recognition on the new City of Hartsville website.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Age determined at time photo was taken. If photo was taken by a minor under the age of 18, permission to submit from a parent or legal guardian is required.
• Photos must be taken within Hartsville city limits.
• Photos must not be previously published and must be suitable for publishing by the City of Hartsville.
• Photos must be accompanied by the photographer's first name, last name and age. The file name must include entrant's last name and title of the photo, i.e., smithnaturescene.jpg
• Digital files may be 9"x7.25" @ 300 dpi or 2700 pixels x 2175 pixels @ 72 dpi. If you are unsure of settings, please set camera to highest quality available. Preferred digital format is jpg or jpeg.

DEADLINE

All entries must be received via email no later than Tuesday,  January 31, 2012 before 4:30 p.m.
