Call to Artists: The 2012 Holiday Show at the Art Trail Gallery

The Art Trail Gallery Invites your participation in the 2012 Holiday Show!

DEADLINE FOR PARTICIPATION: Sunday, October 30, 2012
EXHIBIT HANGS: Sunday, November 4 – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and Monday, November 5 – 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
The show will remain up through Christmas.

OPENING RECEPTION: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: 185 West Evans (formerly the Bo Smith Building)

NOTE: Artists who participated in the Moments of Inspiration show in October or who are signed-up to participate in the Holiday Show in November/December may – IF THEY WISH – participate in a 1-day “Meet the Artists of the Art Trail Gallery” event during the Pecan Festival, November 3rd. You can bring in a small table and display to sell your work that day and/or demonstrate. NOTE: You need to plan to stay with your work the day of the Pecan Festival. Crowds may be large and the Gallery will NOT be responsible for damage or loss the day of the Pecan Festival. In the event that you choose to participate in the “Meet the Artists” opportunity, you may bring your work in the night before – Friday, November 2nd, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the understanding that any loss or damage is not the responsibility of the Gallery. Smaller items would be especially at-risk. If you have any concerns, please plan to bring your works AFTER the Pecan Festival when the Holiday Show comes in on Sunday and Monday.

The Holiday Show will be advertised and promoted as THE PLACE to purchase unique holiday gifts. Please bring work that you feel is appropriate as gifts and affordable for a wide-range of budgets.
