Jackson Family Chiropractic's "What Summer Means to Me" Art Contest

Jackson Family Chiropractic of Hartsville is asking you to help us grow our Fans on Facebook. When you like our page, your child can be entered into an Art Contest

Your child has a chance to win a mini I-pad and 6 other children will win prizes such as: Piratesville Splash Pad Season Pass (2); Gift Certificate to Burry Bookstore (2); Sonic Drive-In Gift Certificate (2).

Contest Rules: - 1 VOTE - 1 PICTURE

1. Entries on 8 1/2 x 11 paper submitted by August 15
2. Picture should depict what "Summer Means to Me"
3. Picture may be created in any media (pencil, ink, crayons, paint, etc.)
4. Name, age and phone number to be provided on separate paper
5. Age Groups for Contest - 3-5 years and 6-10 year olds (as of August 15)
6. All entries will be displayed in lobby of Jackson Family Chiropractic offices
7. Entrants may be submitted by any child whose adult "like" us on Facebook. If adult already"likes" our Fan Page, we ask you share one of our status updates with a friend during this contest period.
8. Voting will be conducted in the office and on our Facebook Page. Come in to our office and when you like our Fan Page you will be given a gold star to vote.
Voting on Facebook will be done as pictures are posted to our site where friends and family may vote. You have to "Like" our page to vote. Tell us in private message when you like our page, who you want to get your star.
9. Winners will be the top 3 pictures receiving the most "stars" in each age category
10. Grand Prize Winner chosen by; 1) most stars received and 2) judges decision on best depiction of what "Summer Means to Me".
