April 21: Knitting Circle at the Dr. John M. Thompson Library in Olanta

The Dr. John M. Thomason Public Library will host its first knitting circle on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 p.m.
Would you like to learn how to knit? Do you already know how but want to socialize while working on your project? Join us! Our new knitting circle welcomes all ages and skill levels.

Upcoming Classes in Knitting & Crocheting at the Black Creek Arts Center



Black Creek Arts Council is now offering Knitting and Crocheting classes.  Crocheting 101, taught by Melissa McCoy, will be offered on Tuesdays, January 31 through February 21.  Knitting 101, taught by Casey Gainey, will be offered on Thursdays, February 2-23.  


Both classes will begin at 6:30 and end at 7:30pm.  In just four weeks, you will learn basic stitches, how to read a pattern, and create beautiful projects.  The cost of each class is $40 and includes yarn and needles to complete your first projects.
