November 2nd - 10th: The Foreigner at FLT

FLORENCE LITTLE THEATRE TO PRESENT
The Foreigner
Written by Larry Shue

The Florence Little Theatre will present the Dan and Anne Ervin and Armstrong Wealth production of The Foreigner. This production is being directed by Keith Best.

The Foreigner is the story of "Froggy" LeSeuer, a British demolition expert and his friend and side-kick, Charlie, who is terrified at the thought of making conversation with strangers. To help with Charlie’s fear, Froggy informs all they may come in contact with at the fishing lodge in rural Georgia that Charlie is from a foreign country and speaks no English. Charlie overhears the evil plans of a minister and his redneck associate. The fact that Charlie fully understands what the two evil-doers are saying fuels the hilarity of the play and sets up the wildly funny climax in which things go terribly wrong for the "bad guys".

The Florence Little Theatre is located at 417 S. Dargan Street. Tickets go on sale Underwriters, Benefactors, Patrons and Sponsors on Monday, October 29, General Membership on Tuesday, October 30 and to the general public on Wednesday, October 31.
