One Day Oil Painting Workshop - Paint a Butterfly

Location: Birds of a Feather, 106 Siskron, Darlington, SC

Join Vicky McLain at Birds of a Feather in Darlington for a one-day oil painting workshop on January 17th.  This class will be great for painters of all skill levels.

You must pay in advance to register for this class.  Payment must be received by January 15th. No refunds after that date.  Minimum class size is 6 artists. Maximum class size is 13.

Class is open to beginner and intermediate painters.

SUPPLIES TO BRING:

Oil Paints: Alizarin Crimson, Sap Green, Yellow Ochre, Cad Yellow Light or Lemon Yellow, Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, White

Other supplies: Canvas no larger than 8x10, palette, table easel, Q-tips, Huggies Wipes, paper towels, palette knife for paint mixing, odorless mineral spirits for brush cleaning and a jar to put it in, newspaper or covering for your work area.

Please bring your favorite brushes. The ones I use are: #6 & #8 round bristle brushes, small brush for detail work, medium mop brush.
