In 2010, the Land Trust hosted these two gentlemen, considered two of the area's experts on tobacco culture in the Pee Dee. They've written a new book, The Great Harvest, which will be available for signing and purchase during the event.
Prince is a professor of History at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, and Henry is an accomplished photographer from Latta. Henry's photographs will be on display during the event as well.
A reception generously sponsored by Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Law Firm will immediately follow the presentation. If you haven't been downtown to the newly renovated Waters Building, here is your chance!
