Rachel will be teaching her students various cake building and decorating techniques out of her vintage Airstream mobile bakery! Learn how to layer, ice, pipe butter cream roses, create chocolate lace, and add fanciful and fun final touches to personalize your cakes. Materials are included: the cake layers for two small cakes, frosting and fillings, tools for the class, as well as boxes to take your creations home.
