Drop by the Burr Gallery during February and check out the "JOY" Textile/Quilt Exhibit from the 2014 North Charleston Arts Festival. JOY! – The 8th installment of this annual exhibition showcases creations by African American fiber artists from across the nation. Art quilts featured in the show illustrate the emotion of joy through a variety of traditional and non-traditional fiber techniques.
