Don't miss CarolinaFest in Chesterfield on October 6th



Chesterfield’s CarolinaFest is set for Saturday, October 6th.

Come out and enjoy:

Arts & Crafts: Olde Towne Centre- All Day
Kids Pavilion: Olde Towne Centre- All Day
Entertainment: Live Bands
Pumpkin Carving & Decorating Contest:
Register your carved or decorated pumpkin from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at First Citizens. Palmetto Pavilion- winners announced at 1:30 p.m
Pet Parade: First Citizens Palmetto Pavilion – 1:30 p.m.
There’s also the 2nd Annual CarolinaFest Cornhole Tournament, sponsored by Randy’s Custom Cornhole Boards.  Tournament info is below:

Two Player Teams- Registration $30 
Early Registration Special $20 until October 4

February 11th: Make a Valentine's Card with the Chesterfield Arts Commission


Give your sweetie a handmade gift this Valentine's Day, 
courtesy of the Chesterfield Arts Commission! 

Local Artist Jamie Sulkey-Barfield will guide you through the steps to making a personalized Valentine's Card for the one you love. We provide the materials; you provide the talent and the love!

This event will take place from 2-5pm on February 11th and is open to all ages. There will be something for everyone, no matter what your age, gender, skill level, or interest. 

Using a wide variety of materials, you'll be able to create one-of-a-kind Valentine's Card for someone you love!  Let us know if you'll be attending by joining this event. Space will be limited! Be sure to tell your friends, too!  Light refreshments will be served.

Brown Bag Lunch at the Chesterfield Public Library - December 7th




The Chesterfield Public Library will be hosting a Brown Bag Lunch Lecture with Tricia Thurman on Wednesday, December 7th at noon.  Admission is free and open to the public.

The Chesterfield Public Library is located at 119 Main Street in downtown Chesterfield.  The Brown Bag Lunch Lecture Series meets on the 7th of each month (skipping January).  February's author will be Helen Stroud.
