"To ensure full participation from the community and our artists, we are postponing the Artist Crawl to September 23. This event will also be a part of the Smithsonian Exhibit, "New Harmonies" which will be on display in our gallery during that time."

Black Creek Arts Council will hold its 2012 Artist Crawl on April 29th in Hartsville. Crawl participants purchase a map that leads them to various stops including homes, businesses and studios. All types of art are showcased; from paintings to pottery and dancers to pianist.

Artist Crawl participants must come to Black Creek to get their maps the day of the event. The crawls itself lasts from 2-5pm. The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children, and free for kids 5 years or younger.
