The Pee Dee is in for a treat in May. Just take Dylan Sneed's advice, buy your tickets now. Rich Warren, the famous Chicago folk DJ called Jonathan Byrd "one of the top 50 songwriters of the last 50 years." Byrd is no stranger to the Pee Dee, having played at the Lakeside Music Room in Cheraw last summer. Even an all-out storm couldn't deter him then. Now he's bringing his eclectic, versatile 3-piece band (viola, violin, electric guitar, saw, cello, harmonica, and mandolin--wow!). Dig around on YouTube and listen to his stuf.
