Craft Vendor Call for Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest! Call for Vendors!

The Florence Downtown Development Department is looking for a few vendors to be a part of the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest. Last years event was a roaring success. All of the food vendors sold out and the crowds were begging for Oktoberfest more food and crafts! 

Craft Vendors - 8-10 craft vendors

·         We are looking for 10 craft vendors who will sell crafts

related to either Oktoberfest or are fall festival type crafts.

·         Craft vendor will be provided with the 12 x 12 space but no

tents or tables will be provided

·         Craft vendors may accept any form of payment except for event tickets 

Food Vendors - 3-5 food vendors

·         We are looking for food vendors to either do BBQ, kettle

corn & candy, or German food.

·         Food vendors will not be charged an flat fee, but will

accept only tickets for food and receive 80% of their earnings.

·         Food Vendors will have a tent and table provided

·         Access to power will be available but limited

·         Interested food vendors should call 843-678-5912 and leave a

message if you do not speak to someone

 

All Applications must be submitted by September 30th to be considered.
