The Florence Symphony Youth Orchestra’s (FSYO) annual
fall concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday,
November 11, at the First Presbyterian Church, 700 Park Avenue, Florence.
However, in addition to the FSYO fall repertoire, this year’s performance
includes patriotic music as a special tribute to United States Veterans. All
veterans are encouraged to attend.
“We have
been fortunate with our auditions this season and found very talented musicians
to replace those who graduated our program,” said Dr. Terry Roberts, Music
Director of the Florence Symphony Orchestra. “It’s always heart-warming to
witness our youth orchestra members as they continue to grow and excel in their
gift and love of music.”
The concert
is FREE to the public and is a family-friendly event.
