GSSM Students work with Local Artist Patz Fowle during Art in the Interim

Check out these images of students from the Governor’s School for Science & Math working on their SMART Cars during their Art in the Interim Class with Patz Fowle:

During the Art in the Interim, GSSM students also worked on Pottery Petz.  Here are a few unfinished petz:

These petz were created by using The Patz Process, a ceramic handbuilding technique developed and popularized by Patz Fowle.

The Pottery Petz created by the GSSM students will be on display at the Hartsville Memorial Library from January 19th through the end of February and can be adopted with all proceeds going to the Darlington County Humane Society and Hartsville Memorial Library.  For more information about the exhibit at the Hartsville Memorial Library, clickhere.
